Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Capital Markets Specialist to support a large-scale documentation remediation and entity transition programme within private banking. You will coordinate re-papering, migration execution, and lifecycle management of Capital Markets documentation across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Structured Products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–7 years in Capital Markets Operations, Documentation, Contract Management, PMO or Regulatory Remediation.
• Experience with ISDA, CSA, Novation or related market documentation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple counterparties and workstreams.
• Strong milestone tracking, MI reporting and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end documentation remediation and migration activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for external counterparties during re-papering.
• Manage multiple workstreams with timelines, dependencies and actions.
• Support documentation across ISDA/CSA and related agreements.
• Schedule meetings and maintain status updates and dashboards.
• Ensure version control and CLM record maintenance.
• Monitor issues, approvals and decisions with clear ownership.
• Escalate risks through governance channels when needed.
• Support post-execution activities including amendments and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
