ICATCHER PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to lead structural steel projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.

You will apply strong expertise in steel structure design, fabrication, and site erection while managing costs and team performance. The role requires experience in budgeting, procurement planning, and safety compliance, with a focus on on-site leadership and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in structural steel or related field.
• Specializing in Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork, or Civil Engineering and Building Constructions.
• Experience as Quantity Surveyor with cost estimation, bills of quantities, tender documents, quotations and contracts is an added advantage.
• Able to understand construction and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of MS office Word and Excel.
• Bilingual (English and Chinese) preferred.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning for steelwork construction projects aligned with goals and timelines.
• Expertise in steel structure design, fabrication, erection methods, and safety standards.
• Cost estimation, budgeting, procurement planning, and financial reporting for projects.
• Monitor project expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise on-site steel erection, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Assess project risks and implement health & safety protocols.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and suppliers.
• Understand construction contracts, variations and dispute resolution in steelwork projects.
