Job summary

Render private limited is seeking a project manager to oversee structural steel building projects, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective scheduling and budgeting. The role includes managing progress claims, tender submissions, and detailed project schedules to meet targets.

The successful candidate will lead meetings, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with tender/contract documents while maintaining clear communication in English with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage progress claims and quantity take-offs to support accurate project tendering
• Coordinate tender submissions for construction projects to secure contracts
• Conduct meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to align project requirements and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Monitor and control project budgets to meet financial targets
• Apply knowledge of structural steel building processes to oversee project execution
• Manage work schedules and resources to optimize project workflow and delivery
• Demonstrate self-motivation and attention to detail by tracking market trends relevant to project success
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate clear project documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Understands tender/contract/document/specifications/terms of contract
