Responsibilities

• Collaborate on construction plans with clients, architects and professionals.
• Assess materials (glass, steel, concrete) and advise on suitability.
• Compute loads and stresses on structural components.
• Inspect safety of buildings and propose repairs or demolition options.
• Ensure compliance with laws, environmental directives and health and safety standards.
• Provide progress reports to clients and senior managers.
