Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of HDB/residences experience as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in Singapore's construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Project.
Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDFs, etc.

Responsibilities

Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals.
Investigating the properties of materials like glass, steel, and concrete, and advising which is the most suitable.
Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure.
Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition.
Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
Giving progress reports to clients and senior managers.
