Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant structural engineering and construction experience.
• Experience with large-scale hospitals or healthcare projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, drawings, and specs.
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering software is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor structural works for the hospital project.
• Review drawings, specifications, calculations, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, C&S, M&E teams.
• Prepare RFIs and technical submissions with clear replies.
• Ensure works comply with Singapore codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Attend site inspections and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of inspections, submissions, and approvals.
