Job summary

T.Y.LIN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer for Singapore projects. You will prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings, and coordinate with disciplines to deliver design packages.

Responsibilities include preparing submissions to authorities, preparing tender documents, and supporting successful project delivery. Candidates should have PE board eligibility and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
• Conversant with local codes and submission procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of common engineering design software.
• Experience in engineering design consulting for buildings, geotechnical, infrastructure, rail or road projects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.
• Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities.
• Coordinate with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries.
• Prepare tender documentations.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
