Job summary

TYLin International Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to lead design deliverables, coordinate with disciplines, and mentor juniors on major infrastructure projects. You will prepare detailed reports, calculations, drawings and submissions to authorities.

The ideal candidate has a recognized degree in civil or structural engineering, at least 5 years of design experience, familiarity with local codes, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of design experience.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.
• Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/authorities.
• Lead in coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliverables.
• Lead in preparing tender documentations.
• Participate in the tendering of projects.
• Participate in the successful delivery of projects.
• Training and mentoring juniors.
• Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
