Job summary

t.y.lin international pte. ltd. invites experienced Civil/Structural engineers to join its robust consultancy at 2 International Business Park, Singapore. You will engage in leading design reviews and mentoring juniors while coordinating major projects with multiple divisions and external parties.

The role emphasizes client relations, tendering contribution, and strategic engineering guidance to resolve complex problems in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
• 8+ years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of design software.
• Good supervision and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skill.
• Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.
• Experience in the design and design management of major geotechnical building works and/or infrastructure works will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good client relations.
• Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties.
• Participate in the tendering of projects.
• Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems.
• Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews.
• Training and mentoring juniors.
• Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
