is seeking a Civil/Structural Coordinator to design, analyze and plan civil and structural works for projects. You will prepare calculations, drawings and submissions to authorities, while coordinating closely with consultants, sub-contractors and other trades to resolve technical issues on site. The role involves overseeing all structural/civil activities, attending technical meetings, and ensuring compliance with drawings, test reports and ISO

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building.
Min 3 years structural coordinator experience.
Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
Coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades for project specifications & technical issues.
Oversee all structural/civil works on site and ensure drawings are followed.
Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction.
Keep track of test reports, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
Document control and compilation according to ISO standards.
