Qualifications

• 3–5 years architectural and structural coordinator experience in building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of structural specifications and requirements.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and planning for civil and structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and authority submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and M&E/architectural teams on project specifications and issues.
• Oversee on-site structural/civil works and ensure work aligns with drawings.
• Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction.
• Track test reports and ensure ISO documentation compliance.
