Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Structural Coordinator in Singapore to design, analyze and plan Civil & Structural engineering works for our projects.

You will prepare design calculations, drawings and handle Authority submissions, coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and other trades, and oversee on-site structural works to ensure compliance with drawings and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 5 years of structural coordinator experience.
• Good knowledge of structural specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.
• Coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for project specifications & other technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site per drawings.
• Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction phases.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard.
