Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. is looking for a Civil Engineer to support the project manager with on-site and off-site meetings addressing technical issues.

You will handle submission of architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities, and monitor progress at site while coordinating with subcontractors, RE and RTO to meet construction milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in civil engineering.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Good team player, eager to learn and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on- and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Responsible for submission of architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspections and meetings during construction.
• Demonstrate problem solving and progress according to the work schedule.
• Site supervision and coordination with sub-contractors, RE and RTO.
