Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Coordinator to design, analyze and plan civil and structural works.

You will prepare calculations, drawings and handle authority submissions while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and other trades to resolve technical issues. You will oversee on-site structural and civil activities, attend technical meetings, and ensure all work aligns with drawings, tests and ISO documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building.
• Min 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 Main Construction and large-scale projects.
• Good knowledge of structural specifications & requirements.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works

• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 Main Construction and large scale project
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines
