Job summary

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited Singapore Branch seeks a seasoned Civil/Structural Coordinator. You will design, analyze and plan civil/structural works, prepare calculations and drawings, and submit to authorities.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other trades, supervise on-site activities and ensure work aligns with drawings. You will attend technical meetings, monitor test reports, and manage document control per ISO standards, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 5 years of structural coordinator experience in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.

• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 5 years structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
