Job summary

is seeking a Civil/Structural Coordinator to design, analyze and plan civil and structural works for projects. You will prepare calculations, drawings and submissions to authorities, while coordinating closely with consultants, sub-contractors and other trades to resolve technical issues on site. The role involves overseeing all structural/civil activities, attending technical meetings, and ensuring compliance with drawings, test reports and ISO

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building.
• Min 3 years structural coordinator experience.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural / civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
