Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a Civil/Structural Coordinator in Singapore to design, analyze, and plan Civil & Structural engineering works. You will prepare calculations and drawings, and submit materials to authorities and consultants.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve technical issues and ensure drawings are followed on site. On-site oversight and meetings are part of the role to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building required.
• 2+ years structural coordinator experience required.
• Good knowledge of structural specifications & requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• Coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades (e.g., M&E and architectural) for project specifications & other technical issues
• Assist in project coordination and oversee all structural/Civil works on site and ensure activities follow drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (and take minutes if necessary) and site walks during construction phase
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation according to ISO standards

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 2 years structural coordinator experience
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
