Job summary

Kaszon Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated Structural Coordinator with a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least five years of field experience to lead design, coordination, and submission tasks for civil and structural projects in Singapore. The role involves liaising with consultants and other trades, managing on-site coordination, and ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of structural specifications, experience with authority

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 5 years of structural coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of structural specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.
• Coordinate with consultant, sub-con and other trades (M&E and architectural) on project specifications and technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee all structural/civil works on site and ensure activities follow drawings.
• Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction phases.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation according to ISO standards.

• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 5 years structural coordinator experience
