Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with top strategy firms or leading corporates.
• Experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale business transformation programs.
• Experience in sectors like Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare, TMT, Industrials, Automotive, Energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CXO-level strategy and transformation mandates.
• Independently lead engagements end to end, managing team and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive business development efforts alongside sector leads.
• Mentor junior team members for professional growth.
