Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and support overseas business engagements, DX/AX initiatives, and IT modernization projects.

You will contribute to business development, proposal creation, client acquisition, and growth of our overseas operations in Singapore. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in strategy, IT, or digital transformation consulting, with strong English communication

Job Summary

As a Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant, you will lead and support client engagements in overseas business strategy, new business development, DX/AX initiatives, business transformation, and IT transformation. You will also contribute to business development, proposal creation, client acquisition, organizational development, and overall operations during the growth phase of our overseas business.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements to develop overseas business strategies, new business plans, digital transformation (DX), AI transformation (AX), business process transformation, and IT modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges, design actionable solutions, and drive project execution to successful outcomes
• Engage in business development by acquiring clients, developing proposals, and managing client relationships
• Support the establishment and growth of the Singapore office through organizational development and operational initiatives
• Partner with multinational clients, overseas subsidiaries, local companies, and global enterprises to deliver strategic and transformation consulting services
• Take ownership of project delivery while advancing the firm's international consulting practice

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more areas: strategy, business, IT, or digital transformation consulting at a consulting firm; corporate planning, business planning, new business development, overseas business management, or DX initiatives within a corporation; or overseas business operations, cross-border projects, or support for overseas subsidiaries

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience at Senior Consultant level or above, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience leading projects at Manager level or above, or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience in overseas business development, overseas office establishment, international assignments, or managing overseas subsidiaries
• Experience communicating with clients, preparing executive-level materials, and facilitating meetings in English
