Job summary

Allianz Consulting in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant to lead strategy, business and transformation projects, working with clients to solve problems, drive change and deliver high-quality outputs.

You will manage end-to-end engagements, mentor junior consultants, develop hypotheses, conduct research, and present actionable insights; strong communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams is essential; international exposure and insurance domain knowledge are plus.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, insurance, or related business roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with methodological and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: contribute to end-to-end project execution and insights.
• Project Management: own delivery milestones and lead small teams.
• Client Engagement: build trusted advisor relationships and uncover opportunities.
