Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and support overseas business engagements, DX/AX initiatives, and IT modernization projects.

You will contribute to business development, proposal creation, client acquisition, and growth of our overseas operations in Singapore. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in strategy, IT, or digital transformation consulting, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to develop overseas business strategies, DX/AX initiatives, and IT modernization.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges, design actionable solutions, and drive project delivery to outcomes.
• Support business development by acquiring clients, developing proposals, and managing client relationships.
• Support establishment and growth of the Singapore office through organizational development and operational initiatives.
• Partner with multinational clients to deliver strategic and transformation consulting services.
