Job summary

Reap seeks a senior Strategy & Operations leader for the Executive Office to turn strategy into actionable execution across APAC. You will own the leadership operating system, drive KPI trees and OKRs, and ensure cross-functional accountability.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Global Head of Operations, you will work with founders and functional leaders to translate priorities into concrete plans, with a focus on scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous chief of staff or strategy/operations role at a high-growth company.
• Ability to turn strategy into executable operating cadence.
• Experience in fast-changing startup/scale-up environments.
• Structured thinker who builds KPI trees, OKRs, models, and decision frameworks.
• Excellent writer and persuasive operator driving accountability across functions.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, synthesis, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the leadership operating system: cadence, pre-reads, action register, and decision logs.
• Translate company priorities into Function GP Plans, KPI trees, OKRs, and execution plans cascading to teams and individuals.
• Ensure accountability and follow-through across leads, owners, and working groups.
• Diagnose blockers, redesign workflows, and standardize cross-regional how-we-work.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to scale operations and decision-making.
