Job summary

Visa seeks a Manager of AI Strategy & Operations in Asia Pacific to redefine how VCA operates at scale by embedding AI, automation and advanced tooling into core processes. This is a build-and-transform mandate focused on AI-enabled planning, performance tracking and governance.

Work with VCA leadership and partners to reduce manual steps, accelerate decisions and create a digitally-enabled operating model across planning, reviews, OKR tracking and broader activities.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience in automation, AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Redesign planning cycles to be AI-assisted and highly automated.
• Build repeatable, AI-enabled workflows and tools to streamline planning inputs, outputs and standardise submissions across markets.
• Embed automation into governance processes to improve consistency, speed and transparency.
• Identify, prioritise and execute opportunities to eliminate manual workflows using AI and digital tools.
• Design end-to-end automated processes across core operational activities.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and automated workflows across VCA through enablement and playbooks.
