Job summary

Sierra's APAC team is seeking a Strategy and Operations partner to support world-class Agent Development. You will help plan and deploy resources across customers, agent builds, and countries, maintaining key systems that provide transparency and guide decisions.

You will define how Sierra designs and launches AI agents at large enterprises, collaborate with account leads to identify opportunities, and translate data into executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and actions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary operational teams as a trusted strategy and operations adviser.
• High standard of written work and the development and delivery of succinct executive communications.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
• Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed and expanded.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Growth mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Proficiency finding and using AI tools to deliver your work faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Strategy and Operations partner to support the APAC agent development business.
• Assist planning, organisation and trade-offs for weekly deployment of resources across customers, agent builds, and countries.
• Help define and scale the playbook for designing, building, evaluating, and launching AI agents at large enterprises.
• Work with Agent Strategist leads to identify whitespace, prioritise expansion, and build repeatable motions.
• Turn insight into action by translating data into executive-ready recommendations that drive decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Strategy, Product, Eng, Legal and Ops.
• Build internal tooling with AI to automate workflows and create operational leverage.
