Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning or corporate planning, ideally in or with the Singapore Government.
• Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights; proficient with Excel or similar tools.
• Experience facilitating processes end-to-end to achieve outcomes.
• Strong track record of building effective stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills; papers and presentations drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Use qualitative and quantitative research to surface opportunities, risks, and insights that shape strategy.
• Shape strategic direction and drive progress with clear workplans and success metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to co-create national strategies that grow Singapore Design.
• Collaborate with internal teams to set divisional priorities and actionable plans.
