Job summary

GENERATION NEXT COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to provide administrative, coordination, reporting, and project support to the Head of Strategy & Operations.

You will work with country and cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives like Affordability, Trade-In, Used Devices, Apple programs, and strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; good with Google Sheets and shared online reporting.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; good written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Strategy & Operations.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, presentations, reports, and working materials.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up trackers.
• Follow up with country and functional teams on agreed actions and deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for Strategy & Operations.
• Consolidate and update weekly Affordability and Trade-In reports.
• Coordinate EMI, BNPL, financing, and Trade-In programs across countries.
