Responsibilities

• Support strategy development for organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Assist deal origination, evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence and execution.
• Assess deal issues including valuation, risks, and mitigants; coordinate with advisors.
• Support management of deal processes, approvals, and executive meetings.
• Identify industry trends and support sustainability and benchmarking strategy.
