Job summary

Aid Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Associate to work across business development, operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.

You will support management on real commercial and operational priorities, analyse problems, coordinate across teams, and help drive projects from idea to execution. This role suits someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working across different parts of the business rather than within a single function.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Finance, Management or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple functions and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support business planning, market research, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse opportunities, competitors, markets and performance.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and decision materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across sales, operations, design, marketing and project teams.
• Track priorities, timelines and deliverables; follow up items.
• Support implementation of new initiatives and process improvements.
• Contribute to business development, client research, and market expansion.
