Job summary

Look Capital is seeking a Strategy Associate to work closely with the CEO and senior management to shape and scale the company's growing Family Office and private investment business. This hands-on role offers exposure to strategy, investment opportunities, product development, client needs and business execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in early-stage investment or strategy from a tech company, with strong business judgment and execution ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university; Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
• Approximately 5-8 years of relevant experience in early-stage investment, venture capital, corporate strategy or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic priorities and growth initiatives for the Family Office business.
• Develop insights into private market and early-stage investment opportunities, especially in technology and AI.
• Support product strategy, client segmentation, sales enablement and conversion.
• Build scalable business and management infrastructure, including data management and reporting.
• Explore use of technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
