Job summary

Look Capital is a regulated multi-family office in Singapore seeking a Strategy Associate to work with the CEO and senior management to shape and scale the Family Office business. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across diverse functions and client interactions.

You will drive initiatives from problem identification through implementation, collaborating with teams to optimize processes, data, and client solutions, while contributing to scalable operating infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, PMO, or business ops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and strategic priorities for Family Office business.
• Collaborate with Investment, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology and client-facing teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with the CEO and senior management team to help shape and scale the company's growing Family Office business.

This is a hands‑on and highly independent role, with direct exposure to strategy, business development, client needs and execution. Rather than focusing primarily on analysis and reporting, the ideal candidate will combine strong business judgment, analytical capabilities and execution skills, while taking ownership of key initiatives from problem identification through implementation and review. The role offers the opportunity to work across different parts of the business, engage directly with senior management and clients, and contribute to building the operating infrastructure of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO and senior management to identify business opportunities, strategic priorities and key initiatives for the Family Office business, supported by market, industry, client and operational analysis.
• Partner with Investment, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology and client-facing teams to drive cross‑functional initiatives, while maintaining close contact with clients and frontline teams to continuously improve business solutions.
• Help build scalable business and management infrastructure, including CRM and client data management, business reporting and performance tracking, as well as OKR, management meetings, project tracking and review mechanisms.
• Explore the use of technology and AI tools across business collaboration, client delivery and knowledge management to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university; Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines preferred.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, PMO, business operations, management consulting, CEO Office, project management or related fields. Candidates with Strategy or PMO experience in the technology/internet industry and prior financial services experience are particularly well suited.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, exercise sound business judgment and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively and independently with senior management and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties in both languages.
