Job summary

TREVOSE PARTNERS EXECUTIVE PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a capable strategist to support strategic initiatives, governance, analysis and execution across the firm.

You will work cross-functionally with Investment, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to drive priorities from concept through execution. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years' experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, COO Strategy or Transformation, with a background in Hedge Funds or asset

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage governance, priorities and risks.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and operational effectiveness.

About the Team

• Partner with investment and business leadership to drive strategic priorities, business performance and platform development.
• Work across front office and corporate functions on business expansion, platform enhancement, operating model improvements, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
• Gain broad exposure to senior leadership and the firm's investment platform and wider business.

Role Overview

• Support strategic initiatives, business planning, governance, analysis and execution across the firm.
• Work cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges and drive initiatives from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives aligned with business and investment priorities.
• Conduct analysis, develop insights and recommendations to support decision-making, prioritization and business planning.
• Evaluate business opportunities, platform enhancements and operating model improvements.
• Partner with Investment, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance and external stakeholders to drive execution.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance, priorities, risks, dependencies and actions.
• Prepare management reporting, business updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and operational effectiveness.

Ideal Background

• 3–6 years' relevant experience in: Asset Management / Financial Services Business Management / COO Strategy & Transformation Management Consulting Corporate Strategy / Project Management
• Preferably candidates with a background in:Hedge Funds, Asset Management, or other investment-focused financial institutions.
