Job summary

Dentsu Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Strategy Director on a 7-month maternity cover to lead strategic thinking across key clients and new business.

You will shape integrated communication solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence C-level stakeholders to drive measurable business impact. You will report to the Head of Strategy, Media Group Singapore and work with APAC Strategy teams as well as Creative and CXM Service Lines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working in strategy and planning with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading strategy in pitches and winning new business.
• Experience in multi-market teams and regional strategy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of integrated communication solutions with client leaders.
• Clarify complex marketing challenges using client and agency data sources.
• Anticipate client needs and provide strategic guidance for focus and alignment.
• Form strong relationships with senior clients and ensure Strategy is a core POV.
• Input into QBRs and collaborate to define success metrics and reports.
• Define Go-to-Market strategy led by media and define media mix roles.
• Connect strategy outcomes to platforms to enhance client outcomes.
• Upskill planning teams on full-funnel strategy across awareness to conversion.
• Establish best-practice strategic processes and KPIs.
• Champion Dentsu products and data sources with clients.
