Job summary

FINN Partners Singapore is seeking a Director, PR to lead our Integrated Communications team on a six-month maternity cover (Dec 2026–May 2027). You will shape strategic B2B communications plans, drive new business, and coach a growing team in a fast-paced agency environment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong account planning, senior client counsel, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant PR/communications experience in an agency setting.
• Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills.
• Proven ability to drive new business and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all aspects of accounts and projects, including planning, execution, reporting and billing.
• Act as senior counsel in client relationships and guide the team on issues resolution.
• Develop strategic business pitches and deliver high-quality proposals.
• Mentor and coach team members and promote collaboration across the agency.
• Develop communications assets including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
