Job summary

FINN Partners Singapore is seeking a Director, PR for a six-month maternity cover (Dec 2026–May 2027) to lead the Integrated Communications team on B2B programs. The role focuses on strategic planning, new business development, and nurturing a growing team across client relationships and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PR, strong account planning, and proven people management ability. You will mentor staff, steer pitches, and ensure high-quality outputs while collaborating

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, agency experience preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills.
• Experience driving new business development with creative and strategic programmes.
• Excellent people and team management skills.

• Willing to challenge themselves and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all aspects of accounts and projects, including planning, execution, reporting and financial administration.
• Act as senior counsel in client relationships and guide the team on issue resolution.
• Lead strategic pitches and deliver high-quality proposals on brief.
• Provide people management and mentorship to team members.
• Contribute to development of communications assets: articles, press releases, videos, newsletters.
• Promote cross-agency collaboration on client and culture projects.
