Job summary

It involves creating curricula, maintaining resources, and delivering regular metrics and reports to stakeholders. As part of Micron, you will integrate AI-assisted insights into daily work, align with fiscal-year roadmaps, and help ensure optimized program

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training curricula and learning resources.
• Ability to write clear documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Experience in data extraction, visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create OJT curricula and learning items for training tasks.
• Maintain and update training resources and assessments.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and report on initiatives.
• Lead/participate in meetings with stakeholder groups to review priorities and readiness.
• Ensure training requests meet SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Identify business content requirements for target audiences and develop standards.
• Create and modify graphics and visuals and proofread documentation.
• Store and manage documents with proper security and tagging.
• Develop metrics, targets, and data collection to measure results.
