Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a capable Program Manager to lead training, documentation, data analysis, and program ownership across multiple teams.

You will create OJT curricula, maintain SOPs, produce engaging graphics, and enable reliable reporting to stakeholders. In this role you will coordinate with leaders, manage projects end-to-end, monitor metrics, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement by integrating AI-assisted insights into daily

Responsibilities

  • Create on-the-job training curricula, learning items, and resources for task training.
  • Maintain training content and resources, plans, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with area leaders to identify training needs and report on initiatives.
  • Lead meetings with customer groups to review priorities, readiness, and compliance.
  • Follow up on training requests per SLAs and escalate when needed.
  • Identify content requirements for target audiences.
  • Use standard English grammar and style.
  • Adhere to documentation standards and templates.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
  • Create and modify graphics and images.
  • Edit and proofread documents for accuracy.
  • Manage approval routes and notifications.
  • Store documents correctly with proper security and keywords.
  • Monitor change requests and periodic document reviews.
  • Extract and categorize data for visualization.
  • Develop graphs and charts for metrics reporting.
  • Publish and refresh reports on a cadence agreed with partners.
  • Plan and evaluate an assigned program using the fiscal-year roadmap.
  • Document key processes, guidelines and standards.
  • Identify gaps and outline interventions.
  • Integrate preferred practices and establish metrics.
  • Set targets, collect data, and measure results.
  • Monitor internal health metrics for program effectiveness.
  • Implement feedback systems for continuous improvement.
  • Lead project meetings and complete actions on time.
  • Develop project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Align projects with organizational goals.
  • Identify core team members and key partners.
  • Create work breakdown structure with deliverables and schedule.
  • Ensure resources are available and assigned.
  • Monitor execution, changes, and risks.
  • Evaluate outcomes against objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare closing reports for partners.
  • Support transition to sustaining mode when applicable.
  • Attend project meetings and complete action items on time.
  • Assist in crafting project charter with scope and objectives.
  • Help develop project plans including milestones and risks.
  • Support execution to closure and transition to sustainment.
  • Complete required safety training and follow policies.
  • Identify hazards and report promptly.
  • Follow safety procedures and area rules.
  • Use proper lifting techniques and ergonomic postures.
  • Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality while complying with standards.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Training
  • Create on-the-job training (OJT) curricula, learning items, and resources to support team member training of assigned work tasks
  • Maintain OJT resources to ensure content is accurate and effective – training plans, curricula, learning items, primary and supplemental resources, certification objectives, assessments
  • Communicate regularly with leaders from assigned areas to gather training needs and report on training initiatives
  • Facilitate regular meetings with customer groups to review key priorities, training deployments, readiness, and compliance
  • Follow up on training requests to defined service-level agreements, and elevate when unable to complete independently
Documentation
  • Identify business needs and figure out content requirements for target audience
  • Use standard English grammar, mechanics, and composition
  • Adhere to appropriate documentation standards, styles, and templates
  • Work with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Create and modify graphics and images
  • Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy
  • Establish and maintain approval routes and notifications
  • Store documents in the appropriate repository, using the correct document securities and keywords
  • Monitor and follow up on change requests
  • Facilitate periodic document reviews for controlled documents
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Extract and categorize data for visualization
  • Develop graphs and charts for metrics reporting
  • Create, publish, and refresh reports on an agreed-upon cadence by key partners
Program Ownership
  • Facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of an assigned program using the fiscal-year roadmap process
  • Document key business processes, guidelines and standards
  • Identify gaps or discrepancies that exist and outline appropriate interventions
  • Integrate preferred practices
  • Establish metrics, set targets, collect data and measure results
  • Establish internal process health metrics to monitor program effectiveness and efficiency
  • Implement feedback systems for continuous improvement
Project Management: Project Manager
  • Lead project meetings, and complete assigned actions on time
  • Develop the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Assure project alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify project core team members and key partners
  • Develop the work breakdown structure to include achievements, deliverables, schedule, critical path, communication and recovery plans
  • Sort out required resources
  • Monitor project execution, handle changes, and mitigate risks
  • Evaluate project effectiveness in meeting objectives, deliverables and achievements
  • Prepare and present project closing report to key partners
  • Facilitate transition to sustaining mode when applicable
Project Management: Core Team Participant
  • Attend project meetings and complete assigned action items on time
  • Participate in crafting the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives and success criteria
  • Assist in developing the project plan to include achievements, deliverables, schedule, communication and risk mitigation plans
  • Support project execution to closure
  • Help prepare closing report to key partners
  • Facilitate transition to sustaining mode when applicable
Safety & Quality
  • Complete required safety training and conduct work in accordance with safety policies
  • Identify and promptly report hazards
  • Follow safety procedures and area work rules
  • Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner
