Job summary

Atlaz seeks a Strategic Operations Lead – Web3, Stablecoins & Payments in Singapore to shape and execute initiatives across digital assets and payment rails. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to translate business needs into workable solutions and drive them end-to-end.

You will evaluate technologies, define roadmaps, and ensure regulatory and operational alignment while acting as an independent contributor driving critical projects forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments or Web3.
• Hands-on experience with crypto, stablecoins and blockchain.
• Experience in B2B or institutional payment environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into product/operational designs.
• Independent contributor who can drive initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems solvable via stablecoins or digital payment infra.
• Translate needs into product requirements and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance.
• Own initiatives from problem definition to launch.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure regulatory alignment.
