Job summary

ATLAZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to shape and execute initiatives across Web3, stablecoins and payments. This is a hands-on individual contributor role driving implementation end-to-end.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to translate business problems into product requirements, design payment workflows, and oversee cross-functional delivery. Candidates have 5+ years in fintech/payments with crypto experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fintech, payments, digital assets/Web3, product strategy or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with crypto, stablecoins, digital payments or blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong preference for experience in enterprise or institutional payment environments.
• Experience with stablecoin or cross-border payment and settlement workflows is highly advantageous.
• Ability to identify and analyse business problems, evaluate options and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of initiatives from problem definition to implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate business requirements into solutions.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead - Web3, Stablecoins & Payments to help shape and execute new initiatives involving digital assets, payment infrastructure and trade finance. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who can understand a business or operational problem, evaluate possible solutions, recommend an approach and personally drive it through implementation.

You will work closely across Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to explore how stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure and digital payment and settlement rails can be applied to real-world B2B financial workflows.

The role requires strong practical understanding of Web3, stablecoins and payments , together with the judgement to determine where these technologies can genuinely solve business problems.

This is not a software engineering role and not a business development or sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Solution Design

• Identify business and operational problems that could potentially be addressed through stablecoins, blockchain or digital payment infrastructure .
• Analyse existing workflows, user requirements and operational constraints before recommending solutions.
• Evaluate different product and technology approaches and assess their commercial, operational, regulatory and technical implications.
• Develop clear recommendations and business cases for new initiatives.
• Translate business and operational needs into product requirements, payment workflows and implementation plans .
• Contribute to product-roadmap decisions for Web3, payment and digital-asset initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions and determine whether a proposed technology or solution genuinely addresses the underlying business requirement.

Stablecoins, Payments & Digital Assets

• Evaluate applications of stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure within B2B payment, settlement and financial workflows .
• Assess end-to-end payment and settlement flows involving areas such as:stablecoin settlement;cross-border payments;fiat and digital-asset payment rails;wallets and custody;on/off ramps;liquidity and conversion;blockchain networks;APIs and third-party integrations.
• Evaluate different infrastructure and solution providers based on business and product requirements.
• Understand the operational implications of moving between traditional financial infrastructure and blockchain-based settlement.
• Keep abreast of developments in stablecoins, institutional digital assets and payment infrastructure and assess their practical relevance to the business.

Product & Cross-Functional Execution

• Take ownership of initiatives from problem definition → analysis → recommendation → solution design → implementation → launch .
• Work directly with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations to ensure proposed solutions can operate within regulatory and operational requirements.
• Work through implementation issues and make practical trade-offs where required.
• Coordinate third-party technical and payment integrations where relevant.
• Establish processes and operational workflows required to support new products or initiatives.
• Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Personally drive projects forward rather than relying on a team to execute on your behalf.

Special Projects

• Take ownership of strategic projects where the problem or solution may initially be unclear.
• Structure ambiguous problems, gather the required information and determine possible approaches.
• Conduct market, product and competitor research where required to support a specific business or product decision.
• Present recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Establish project milestones, decision points and accountability across participating functions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience within fintech, payments, digital assets/Web3, product management, product strategy, product operations, strategic initiatives or related areas.
• Hands-on professional experience with crypto, stablecoins, digital payments, blockchain or digital-asset infrastructure .
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B, enterprise or institutional payment environments .
• Experience with stablecoin or cross-border payment and settlement workflows is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to personally identify and analyse business problems, evaluate alternatives and make recommendations or product decisions .
• Experience taking products or initiatives from early-stage requirements through implementation and launch.
• Strong understanding of payment and settlement processes.
