Job summary

You will implement tracking, set performance metrics and translate insights into effective communications strategies, ensuring consistency with NYP's brand voice across channels.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in website management, content creation or marketing communications.
• Experience with website content management, content structuring, SEO fundamentals and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage NYP websites with clear, user-friendly content and improved discoverability.
• Translate stakeholder needs into effective web solutions and user journeys.
• Implement data tracking and set performance metrics for web and campaigns.
• Analyse audience data to uncover insights and inform communication strategies.
• Craft compelling copy and storytelling across NYP’s digital platforms.
