Job summary

You will manage and create content across NYP websites and digital platforms, support external communications, and collaborate with departments to shape clear narratives that boost audience engagement and communications outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in website management, content creation, communications or marketing communications.
Experience in website content management with SEO fundamentals to enhance UX, discoverability and engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage NYP websites, ensuring content is clear, well‑organised and user‑friendly, with SEO and GEO best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into effective web solutions and guide content structure and user journeys.
Implement data tracking and set performance metrics to monitor web and campaign outcomes; analyze audience data for insights.
Craft compelling content through copywriting and storytelling across NYP website and digital platforms (articles, eDMs) in line with brand voice.
Support internal and external communications across NYP, including communications plans and media enquiries, ensuring brand alignment.
