Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in website management, content creation, or marketing communications.
• Experience with website content management and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage NYP websites, improve content organization, and optimize SEO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into web solutions and user journeys.
• Implement data tracking and analyze audience data to inform strategy.
• Create compelling copy and storytelling across NYP’s site and eDMs.
• Support internal and external communications and media enquiries in line with brand voice.
