Job summary

Tempserv Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Operational Leader to provide strategic site-level oversight of warehouse workflows, layout optimization, and integration of automation technologies.

You will drive cost management, review overtime and supplier costs, act as the main client contact for renewals and scope expansions, and lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation to raise productivity and service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Min 5–8 years in a managerial role within Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record in P&L management and Lean implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic site-level leadership and oversee daily warehouse workflows.
• Lead cost and spend management, reviewing overtime and third-party expenses.
• Act as the commercial and operational contact for the customer; support renewals and scope expansions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity and service levels.
• Oversee program P&L, budget control, and optimal resource allocation.
