Job summary

Silicon Labs in Singapore seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to manage wafer fabrication, assembly, and test planning to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and supplier performance. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain timely delivery and mitigate supply risks.

The role requires 5–8 years in semiconductor planning, with strong SAP/APS/MES knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
5-8 years in semiconductor supply chain, production or manufacturing planning.
Experience with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test in fabless or outsourced environments.
Strong understanding of production control, inventory management and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

Plan, release and monitor wafer fabrication, assembly and test production based on demand and capacity.
Monitor daily WIP, production output, and shipment status across partners.
Identify bottlenecks and supply risks; coordinate resolution with suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure orders are fulfilled per schedules and service level targets.
Maintain SAP master data and execute related transactions; support system enhancements.
