Job summary
Systems on Silicon Manufacturing CompanyPte.Ltd. is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer to join the Production and Planning team in Singapore. You will translate demand into waferfab production plans and optimize loading and WIP flow.
You will monitor progress, report indices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery and efficiency, while identifying bottlenecks and driving corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Science or Engineering is required.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, wafer-fab preferred.
- Interest in wafer fabrication manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Translate sales demand and customer requirements into executable waferfab production plans.
- Develop and apply scheduling rules to optimize equipment loading and WIP flow.
- Monitor production progress and drive actions for on-time delivery commitments.
- Track production indices and status to support timely decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to improve delivery and efficiency.
- Identify production issues and risks, elevating concerns with recommended actions.
- Support improvement programs to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Chair and coordinate off-shift production meetings to align priorities.
- Assist the Manager in daily production planning operations toward department goals.
