Job summary

Litrinium, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage customer POs and demand alignment, ensure timely production, and optimize factory resource use from its Singapore base.

You will monitor production schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and support a smooth ERP rollout, leveraging Excel analytics and ERP tools to maintain OTD and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant planning or supply chain experience in semiconductor or HMLV manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP system setup experience.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales PO Management & Demand Alignment: align POs with schedules and capacity; liaise between Sales and Manufacturing to validate delivery commitments; monitor weekly demand against outputs to maximize revenue and on-time delivery.
• Production Planning & Execution: maintain production plan across wafer fabs; monitor WIP, wafer, die and material inventory; create and release POs to suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Shipments & Logistics: coordinate shipments to customer PO; support ERP system implementation.

Job Summary

Manage customer order and sample request fulfillment, align capacity constraints, and track production schedules ensuring timely shipments while optimizing factory resource utilization. This position will be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Sales PO Management & Demand Alignment

• Align incoming customer purchase orders (PO) with active manufacturing schedules and secured capacity.
• Act as the liaison between Sales and Manufacturing to validate delivery commitments.
• Track and monitor weekly demand versus factory outputs to prevent line delinquencies and maximize revenue (On-Time Delivery, OTD).

Production Planning & Execution

• Maintains production plan in suppliers' wafer fabs, wafer test and wafer assembly factories.
• Monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP), wafer, die and raw materials inventory levels to ensure alignment with production targets.
• Create and release PO to suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production.

Shipments & Logistics

• Coordinate and execute shipment to customer PO, ensuring finished goods are shipped in line with committed customer dates.
• Support setup of new ERP system implementation.

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant planning or supply chain experience in the semiconductor or high-mix/low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience in setup of ERP system.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent coordination, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
