Monitor production progress and support on-time delivery commitments.
Track production indices and fab performance for timely decisions.
Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to improve delivery and efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and risks; elevate issues with recommended actions.
Support improvement programs to enhance productivity and delivery.
