• Significant experience in Regulatory Compliance, conduct risk, regulatory governance or related financial services roles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee conduct-related matters across Singapore, including identification, assessment, tracking, escalation and management reporting.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business practices, customer outcomes, governance, controls and reputation.
• Support oversight of the Individual Accountability and Conduct (IAC) framework, including governance, implementation, attestations, reporting and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate local whistleblowing and speak-up governance, ensuring confidential, timely and accurate reporting, escalation and action tracking.
• Support regulatory management activities, including triage, applicability assessment, ownership allocation, implementation tracking and closure validation.
• Analyse regulatory engagements, inspections, RFIs and governance reporting to identify emerging themes and required actions.
• Provide insights and advisory support to senior management, governance forums, Boards and Audit Committees.
• Promote strong teamwork, accountability, operational effectiveness and robust controls.
