Job summary

You will engage with clients, present analyses, and support implementation of strategic initiatives to maximise savings and program value. The role requires strong relationship management, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management/servicing experience.
• At least 2 years within travel or a relevant industry.
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology is preferred.
• Extensive client/account relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and oral English.
• High level negotiator.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated client base to CTM standards and deliver high professional service.
• Provide client reporting and travel analytics on purchasing and behaviour.
• Represent CTM in meetings, calls, and external events with thorough prep.
• Support clients with internal online travel booking tool and provide technical analysis.
• Assist CVM team to ensure seamless service during absences or peak times.
• Offer recommendations on strategic direction of travel programs and strengthen client loyalty.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans with measurable targets and regular reviews.
• Provide program projections based on industry trends and supplier data.
