NEW EFFECT PTE. LTD. invites an experienced travel professional to lead corporate travel operations in Singapore and China. You will acquire new partnerships, optimize travel policies, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient itineraries.

The role requires regular travel between markets, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while driving strategic initiatives to streamline travel processes and approvals.

Aufgaben

• Represent company in corporate meetings (Both in Singapore and in China).
• Acquire new partnerships in the China market.
• Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies.
• Analyzing and preparing reports on travel tours.
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels and airlines.
• Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
• Planning and running travel tours for different purposes such as recreation, education and business.
• Managing and overseeing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
• Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise
• Ensuring the operations to run smoothly

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years experience in the travel industry is a must
• Knowledge of travel management process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and able to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive
• Able to travel regularly if work requires
